Whether you're planning an english garden wedding, a countryside estate celebration, or a fun and vibrant destination wedding, Charlotte works closely with every couple to weave their story, style and setting into beautifully cohesive designs.
Charlotte Willmore Design is a celebration of the enduring elegance of English weddings.
Her aim is to create stationery that not only delights your guests but becomes a treasured part of your wedding - works of art which you will treasure as fondly a family heirloom.
A Calm, Considered, Bespoke Experience
The design process begins with a one-on-one design call where we discuss ideas and inspirations, so Charlotte can get the best idea of your vision.
Charlotte will then create some hand-drawn sketches and design mockups with all her ideas. After a lot of back-and-forth refining; she will then hand-paint the full design in watercolour, edit and send you a digital proof of the final design.
After any final tweaks, Charlotte will print and carefully assemble the final pieces, adding any final details.

Once you've enquired, we can send you a guide price list with the different options, and we will write a tailored quote for you after your first meeting call.

AM I ABLE TO JUST COMMISSION THE ARTWORK & PRINT THE DESIGNS MYSELF?
We initially require a 20% deposit payment once we have written your tailored quote (after your one-on-one call) This secures your booking.
We then require the final 80% payment upon completion.
You name it - we can do it!
We range from anything Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs, Envelope Liners, Calligraphy, Name Cards, Order of Service Booklets, Table Plans, Welcome Signs, and more!
We are always open to exciting new ideas and requests.
Yes, we have supplied stationery to countries all over the world. Shipping costs apply.
The design process can take anywhere from a couple weeks up to 6+. This entirely depends on the scale of the project and what part of the wedding season we're currently in!
Charlotte can normally accommodate even the tightest of timescales, so feel free to enquire if you need something with a small deadline.
Although we prefer to print and assemble our designs ourselves so we can ensure the finest quality and attention-to-detail to showcase your beautiful stationery in all its glory; we understand that shipping can be expensive to some countries (and you may have close printer contacts) so you may wish you print them yourself.
We can provide you with the print-ready artwork files and are always available for any print-related questions.
